early signs of pregnancy ; before a missed period

We usually hear more about unplanned pregnancies than we do about planned ones and this may be due to many reasons. Nevertheless, there are many couples who are trying to conceive and because of this they would like to know as soon as possible, if they were successful in conceiving.

Yes, it is true that they could wait until their monthly menstruation (period), to find out if they were successful, but if they could find out before this time, it would help to increase their happiness, or to encourage them to continue with their plan of becoming pregnant.

Therefore, if they are experiencing the following things, they may be indicating that they have conceived.

Breast Tenderness

All parents do not breast feed their little ones and sometimes this is by choice, but sometime this choice is taken away from them. Nevertheless, it is fascinating to know that babies come with their own food! How cool is that?

Sometimes, it may take a little practice to get the "hang" of breast feeding, but it is usually advantageous for the entire household when babies are breast fed.

Well, in preparation for the milk, the breast would go through some changes and as a result of these changes the breast would become a bit more tender, or sensitive to touch. Yes, indicating that someone has begun growing.

Also, as the baby grows so will the breasts, but this growth will take place overtime and they do not usually grow to the extent that the mom's body could not handle the change.

Increase In Urination

Another one of the most tell-tail signs during this time in a woman's life is the increase in the amount of time that she spends going to the washroom to urinate.

For example, before she had conceived she may have been urinating once or twice in the mornings and during the nights she did not use the washroom. However, all of a sudden she is using the washroom three or four times in the morning and she is waking up in the night and rushing to the washroom.

Fatigue

She may also experience a little more than the usual tiredness, during this time.

If she is constantly faced with stressful situations during the day, she may attribute the increase in tiredness to the events of the day and this is understandable.

Nevertheless, because of the changes that her body has begun to undertake, fatigue is one of the result of these changes.

Therefore, getting enough rest during this time is very important for both the mother and the baby.
